William L. Hurford Memorial Scholarship

For sons and daughters of International Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union members in good standing who are entering a full first-year program at UBC, the University of Victoria, Simon Fraser University, BCIT, or a college in British Columbia.

A $1,800 scholarship is offered in memory of William L. Hurford by the B.C. Maritime Employers Association. Submit a letter from the ILWU with the affiliation scholarships application. Students may not hold more than one ILWU scholarship at the same time.
