It is offered on a rotating basis on the recommendation of the departments of Sociology, History, and Political Science in the Faculty of Arts and the Peter A. Allard School of Law, with the recommendation process administered by the Office of the Dean in the Faculty of Arts; for graduate students the recommendation is made in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
