About this scholarship
The WUE Plus Scholarship allows eligible non-resident entering freshmen at the University of New Mexico to pay New Mexico resident tuition rates, valued at approximately twenty-three thousand one hundred forty-nine dollars per year. Best consideration requires admission by August 1 for fall or October 1 for spring. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents from WUE-eligible states with a 3.0 GPA or 20 ACT (1030 SAT). Recipients must complete fifteen new credit hours with a 2.5 GPA each semester. The award renews for four years.
