About this scholarship
Top merit scholarship for qualified incoming transfer students at Wayne State University who have not yet earned a bachelor's degree. Applicants must have at least 30 transferable credits and a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher from all colleges attended. Wayne State automatically considers eligible transfer applicants when the admission application and transcripts are submitted by July 1, 2026 for fall 2026 entry. The Warrior Transfer Award provides $6,000 per year for up to four semesters within two consecutive years. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 GPA and full-time enrollment.
