About this scholarship
McGill Faculty of Law undergraduate students are eligible for this Civil Law essay prize for the best written contribution, whether an essay or other paper written as an elective, course requirement, or voluntarily. The prize is awarded only if a high standard is met, and is meant to encourage revision of outstanding work for publication.
The amount varies. Faculty nomination is required (restricted McGill Law professor or staff form); it is not a student application.
