W.J. Stankiewicz Memorial Graduate Prize in Political Theory

Graduate students in the Department of Political Science at UBC Vancouver who produce outstanding article-length work in political theory are eligible for this prize.

The prize is $2,150, endowed by Professor Marketa Goetz-Stankiewicz in memory of her husband, political philosopher Dr. W.J. Stankiewicz. Although one prize is preferred annually, the Department Head may split the award between two recipients of equal achievement.

Recipients are selected on department recommendation. No separate application is required.
