About this scholarship
The W.A. Franke Scholarship awards up to five incoming University of Arizona undergraduates $15,000 per year. Applicants must be admitted for Fall 2026, hold a minimum 3.75 unweighted high school GPA, apply to the W.A. Franke Honors College, and maintain Honors status for renewal. The application opens January 15, 2027 and closes February 15, 2027 through ScholarshipUniverse. Additional requirements include a resume and two letters of recommendation. Preference is given to first-generation students, those from rural or underserved areas, and students who have faced financial barriers.
