VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarship

U.S. citizens who are active duty, National Guard or Reserve members, honorably discharged veterans, or retirees may apply for the VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarship if they completed basic and follow-on training and hold a rank of E-5 or below. Demonstrated financial need is required.

Scholarships of up to $5,000 help cover tuition and fees at accredited institutions. Awards are limited to one per family per semester.

Apply during the designated fall or spring application window. The program is funded by Sport Clips and the VFW to support service members and veterans pursuing higher education.
