About this scholarship
Scholarship for incoming and continuing USC undergraduate and graduate students in any academic program whose creative work, scholarship, or community engagement demonstrates leadership within the LGBTQ+ community, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Awards range from two thousand to twelve thousand dollars across named funds including the Albert Brecht Scholarship in Leadership and Solomon Notrica Scholarship. Applications open December 1 with a February deadline. Recipients must complete twenty hours of required service. Since 1994, USC Lambda has awarded over five hundred thousand dollars to more than one hundred fifty scholars.
