Urban Studies Alumni Award for Community Engagement

For graduate students in the Master of Urban Studies or Graduate Diploma in Urban Studies at Simon Fraser University who demonstrate academic excellence, a record of strong community contributions that build long-term relationships and leadership, and promise of community leadership on urban issues.

Amount varies. Apply via the Graduate Awards Application System with transcripts, an application letter on community engagement, one reference or supporting document, and a CV. Students are nominated by the Urban Studies Program Director.
