About this scholarship

Undergraduate transfer students entering the University of North Texas for the first time with at least 30 transferable semester credit hours from a community college or accredited university are automatically considered for Transfer Excellence Scholarships when admitted by the priority deadline.

These two-year awards range up to $4,000 per year based on transfer cumulative GPA. Recipients must enroll full time with at least 12 UNT credit hours each fall and spring. Awards renew with a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
