University of Montana Presidential Leadership Scholarship

Incoming University of Montana freshmen applying to the Davidson Honors College by December 1 are considered for the Presidential Leadership Scholarship along with the Provost's Honors and Dean's Leadership scholarships.

Presidential Scholars are chosen on academic merit alone. Merit-based tuition waivers vary by residency tier, including non-resident WUE reductions and in-state full waivers for top tiers. Awards renew for up to four years.

Recipients must maintain a 3.4 GPA, complete honors coursework, and meet advising requirements. Applications received after the deadline are considered for honors college admission but not for incoming student scholarships.
