Ulrich Freybe Memorial Graduate Prize in Food Sciences

For a graduate student in the Food Science program at UBC Vancouver.

The prize is $3,000, offered by Freybe Gourmet Foods in memory of Ulrich Freybe, a pioneer who moved the family business from Germany to Vancouver in 1955. It is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Land and Food Systems.
