About this scholarship

The transfer UHD Access Scholarship covers up to the full billable cost of attending UHD for new transfer students who are Pell eligible and hold a college GPA between 2.0 and 3.0. Applicants must complete the FAFSA, be admitted before April 30, 2026 for priority consideration, enroll full time in up to fifteen credit hours each fall and spring, and maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA after the first semester to stay eligible for the second semester. The award is non-refundable and applies only to tuition and fee charges. Admissions and Financial Aid review credentials of admitted transfer students with a completed FAFSA and extend offers based on fund availability without a separate scholarship application.
