About this scholarship
Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons entering UBC Okanagan directly from high school or transferring from another post-secondary institution may apply if they demonstrate financial need and meet admission requirements. Criteria include academic and leadership achievements. Recipients are academically qualified students who would not be able to attend UBC without significant financial assistance.
Renewable awards are valued at up to $40,000 over four years (up to $10,000 per year), subject to continued scholarship standing.
Submit the UBC admission application and separate entrance award application by December 1. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Centennial Scholars Entrance Award Committee.
