U.S. citizens accepted to or enrolled full time in accredited medical, dental, veterinary, nursing, optometry, or clinical psychology programs in the United States or Puerto Rico may apply for the Army Health Professions Scholarship Program.
HPSP pays full tuition for up to four years (by specialty), books and fees, a monthly stipend, and up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus for select medical and dental students, in exchange for active-duty service as a commissioned officer.
