About this scholarship

Children or grandchildren of a current TREA member in good standing, or of a deceased member who was in good standing at death, may apply for the TREA National Scholarship. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or full-time students at a college, university, or vocational or technical school with dependent status. Adults or emancipated children are not eligible.

Award amounts vary.

Selection is based on committee review of applications submitted through TREA.
