About this scholarship
This transfer merit tier awards eight thousand dollars per year to domestic transfer students admitted to Mercer's residential undergraduate program on the Macon campus with a cumulative college GPA between 2.5 and 2.99. Mercer uses college transcripts from the admission application to determine eligibility and includes the scholarship in the acceptance letter once a final GPA is calculated. A minimum 2.5 GPA is required for a competitive transfer application. Recipients renew the award by enrolling in at least twelve credit hours each fall and spring semester and maintaining a 2.0 cumulative GPA throughout undergraduate study.
