About this scholarship
Mount Mercy's Transfer Award provides twenty-three thousand dollars per year to incoming transfer students who enroll full time for the 2026-2027 academic year. The scholarship is determined from college transcripts submitted with the transfer application and requires no separate merit application. Part-time enrollment reduces the award proportionally, and students must take at least six credit hours to receive a partial amount. The Transfer Award renews for up to four years or until a bachelor's degree is earned while recipients maintain full-time status and meet cumulative GPA renewal requirements. Transfer students may also qualify for the Phi Theta Kappa Award or other supplemental grants.
