Full-time Toronto Metropolitan University master's or doctoral students are considered for the Toronto Met Graduate Scholarship (TMGS) through the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) competition. There is no separate TMGS application; eligibility follows OGS requirements.
The TMGS is valued at $15,000 and is paid in three equal per-term installments. Holders must not exceed the lifetime maximum of six years of government-funded graduate awards (CIHR, NSERC, SSHRC, Vanier, OGS, TMGS, or QEII-GSST). You may not hold OGF, TMGF, TMISS, CERC, or Rogers Fellowship funding at the same time. Top-up funding through a TMGDA remains allowed.
