About this scholarship
Full-time Western University first-year students who are the son or daughter of a regular Physical Plant Department staff member and have the highest incoming grade average from high school receive the Tony Kobal Educational Assistance Memorial Admission Award automatically.
One award of $500 is given. If no eligible first-year student qualifies, the award is offered to students in second, third, and fourth year, in that order. No application is required.
