Full- or part-time second- or third-year JD students at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law (Common Law Section) who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected/refugee status holders, or international students and demonstrate financial need and academic excellence may apply.
The memorial scholarship is $1,000. The number of awards varies annually.
