The Merle Fowler Bancroft Memorial Scholarship

Geology students at Acadia University pursuing field research may be considered for this memorial award.

One scholarship of $850 is offered. Selection is based on merit in geological field research.

The award was established by Marjorie K. (Haley) Bancroft in memory of her husband, Prof. Merle Fowler Bancroft, geologist, teacher, and Head of Geology at Acadia from 1923 to 1960.
