The Everett & Maude Coldwell Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to a senior honours student who has made a distinguished record in French or Spanish. It may also go to a senior honours student heading to graduate work in the same language at a university that specializes in that language or is located in the country where it is spoken. Need, character, ability, and the likelihood of entering the teaching profession in Nova Scotia public schools are taken into account.

The scholarship is worth $450. One award is given.
