Sydney Shrott Award

Year 4 students in the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto who have demonstrated financial need and achieved the highest combined grade in Pharmaceutical Care III (PHM421Y1) and Pharmacy Practice Management in the Community (PHM458H1) are eligible. Recipients must also complete an Ambulatory Care rotation as part of the Structured Practical Experience Program.

One award of $2,500 is granted. No student application is required; recipients are selected by nomination.
