About this scholarship
Open to outstanding Ph.D. students in the UBC Faculty of Applied Science.
Up to twenty renewable scholarships of $25,000 per year are offered annually by the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in China. Renewal is conditional on satisfactory academic progress and may continue for up to three additional years or until Ph.D. program requirements are completed, whichever is shorter.
Recipients are selected on the recommendation of SUSTech and the Faculty of Applied Science in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. There is no separate student application.
