About this scholarship

Highly motivated Ohio youth aging out of foster care who are high school seniors at least 17 and under 20, will age out of foster care by college enrollment, are legal Ohio residents eligible for in-state tuition, and are admitted to Cleveland State University for an undergraduate degree may apply through the CSU Pratt Center.

The Sullivan-Deckard Scholarship Opportunity Program covers tuition, fees, books, and year-round on-campus housing with a meal plan, plus academic coaching, mentoring, and campus employment. Participation is voluntary. Application materials include a personal essay, recommendations, and transcripts; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
