Stephen Kenneth Nelson Memorial Scholarship

Open to a member of the Dawson Club entering the final year of Geological Engineering or Geology at UBC Vancouver whose overall qualifications are considered the most outstanding.

A scholarship of $250 has been endowed by friends and classmates of Stephen Kenneth Nelson, who graduated in Geological Engineering in May 1963 and died that August while engaged in survey work.

Recipients are selected on the recommendation of the Department of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences. There is no separate application.
