Students age 17 or older who live in Sacramento, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Amador, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yolo, or Solano County, California, and are admitted to or enrolled at a U.S.-accredited institution may apply. Applicants should show a commitment to advancing individuals with disabilities and their families. Past recipients may apply, but priority goes to first-time awardees.
