About this scholarship
The Spertus Scholarship provides tuition reduction for students in the MA in Jewish Professional Studies or Executive MA in Jewish Professional Studies who are not eligible for the Midcareer Fellowship. Spertus publishes that every student in these programs is eligible for combined fellowship and scholarship funding of $14,000 against $25,000 total tuition. For Midcareer Fellowship recipients, Spertus Scholarship supplements the fellowship with $7,750 per student; students ineligible for the Midcareer Fellowship receive the full $14,000 tuition reduction through Spertus Scholarship alone. Funds come from Spertus donors, are limited, and are granted based on demonstrated need, academic achievement, and promise. Applicants complete the Spertus Scholarship application during program admission.
