Eligibility
About this scholarship
Upper-level undergraduates with more than 65 credit hours or graduate students with at least a 2.5 GPA may apply. Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited institution in the Southeast Desalting Association region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, or Kentucky) and major in drinking water or wastewater.
The scholarship provides $2,500 toward tuition, books, and fees, generally disbursed through the college financial aid office. Previous recipients are not eligible.
Submit an application with transcripts, two recommendations, and a cover letter. Selection weighs academic performance, work experience, community activities, career goals, recommendations, and leadership.
