About this scholarship
Undergraduate students in the UBC Faculty of Education who achieve distinction in the use of children's literature. Preference is given to a student who uses children's literature effectively in a teaching practicum.
A $1,500 prize.
No separate student application. The award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Education.
The prize was endowed in memory of Sonia Craddock, elementary teacher, reading researcher, teacher educator, and author of children's literature.
