University College students at the University of Toronto are automatically considered for the Sir John Gibson Scholarship, awarded for general proficiency. The cash portion is approximately $400. No application is required.
The scholarship also includes a $500-per-year tuition allowance renewable with an annual GPA of at least 3.50 on a course load of 4 full credit equivalents from September to September, for a total possible value of about $2,400 over four years. It is a gift of the late Sir John Gibson (UC 1863).
