Simons Foundation Doctoral Scholarship

Outstanding women entering doctoral programs at the University of British Columbia may qualify. The Simons Foundation endows two $11,800 scholarships: one in the humanities or social sciences and one in science or applied science. Recipients are selected for potential to make significant contributions to society through achievement in their field.

Awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies through the Spring Graduate Awards competition. No separate application is listed beyond faculty nomination.
