Full-time University of Toronto graduate students in good academic standing in an OSAP-eligible degree program who face an immediate, unexpected financial crisis that threatens their ability to continue may apply for short-term relief. Domestic students must have applied for and be in good standing with OSAP or another government student aid program, and must demonstrate financial need.
