About this scholarship
The Schedler Honors College Scholarship at the University of Central Arkansas supports entering freshmen admitted to the Norbert O. Schedler Honors College. Eligible students need a minimum 3.75 cumulative high school GPA and must apply separately to the Honors College at uca.edu/honors, providing two references and two essays. The annual package includes five thousand dollars for tuition and fees, fifteen hundred dollars for housing, an estimated two thousand dollar private room upgrade in honors housing, and a two thousand dollar stipend, totaling about ten thousand five hundred dollars per year. Eighty students are selected each year. Applicants must be admitted to UCA and submit all admission documentation by January 26.
