Women pilots at least 17 years old who reside within 300 miles of Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, California may apply for this aviation scholarship from the local Ninety-Nines chapter.

The $5,000 award supports flight training for a specific rating or certificate, continuing education, academic tuition, or technical school fees. Funds must be used within one year of issuance. Previous Santa Rosa Ninety-Nines scholarship recipients are not eligible.

Selection considers demonstrated aviation activities, ability to meet planned goals, and commitment to an aviation career.

  • Copies of all certificates, ratings, medical certificate, and logbook showing last Flight Review and total time (4 copies)
  • Submit the original and three copies of all parts of the application; postmarked by August 15, 2025
  • Award funds must be used within one year of issuance.
