The Samuel P. Vallis Enology Scholarship supports California native Fresno State undergraduates majoring in viticulture and enology who intend to seek employment in the California varietal wine industry after graduation. Ag One Foundation endowment funds are awarded through Fresno State's centralized scholarship application rather than a separate form.
