About this scholarship
The Galileo Scholarship at Raritan Valley Community College supports students majoring in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Since 2003 the program has provided financial awards to hundreds of STEM students, funded by the RVCC Foundation and National Science Foundation grants. Beyond tuition assistance, Galileo Scholars join a close-knit community receiving career counseling, professional development workshops, special events, and academic advising from faculty in their discipline. Certain Galileo awards require full-time enrollment per college financial aid policy. Students apply through the RVCC Foundation AwardSpring portal; the Financial Aid Office notifies accepted scholars by email.
