Entering Rutgers-New Brunswick Honors College students are competitively considered for Presidential, Dean's, or Dean's Promise merit awards at admission. Apply to Rutgers by December 1 with Honors College interest and the required essay. No separate scholarship application.
The Presidential Scholarship covers full tuition and includes a room and board allowance for the first two years, usable on or off campus in years three and four. Presidential Scholars receive guaranteed on-campus housing for four years.
