About this scholarship
College sophomores, juniors, or seniors at the time the scholarship is awarded who are pursuing careers in radio, television, or digital journalism may apply. Candidates should show strong writing ability, academic excellence, dedication to news, and financial need.
One $1,000 scholarship is awarded. Winners attend the RTDNA Foundation First Amendment Awards with travel covered.
