Open to full-time SAIT students or apprentices who have successfully completed their first semester or period and are enrolled in any certificate, diploma, or apprenticeship program. International students are eligible. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents and should exhibit financial need. Applicants must express why they chose SAIT and their program.
Six $2,000 awards are available for the Winter semester.

Apply to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The award honours Colleen MacDougall, who completed her MSc at UPEI in 2009 and served as Graduate Students' Association president.
