Richmond's Promise to Virginia provides grant-based financial aid equal to full-time tuition, actual housing, and the Spider Unlimited meal plan for qualifying Virginia residents admitted as first-year undergraduates. Eligible students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents domiciled in Virginia with total annual parental income of seventy-five thousand dollars or less, qualify for need-based aid under Richmond's institutional methodology, and meet all financial aid application deadlines.
