About this scholarship
The Richard E. Lee Scholarship supports University of Alaska Fairbanks juniors, seniors, and graduate students in mining engineering or environmental science within natural resources management geographic information systems, with preference for graduates of an Alaska high school. Students apply through the UAF general scholarship application in AWARDED by the annual deadline and are reviewed against donor criteria by the department. Award size depends on endowment earnings each year. Recipients must remain enrolled in an eligible UAF program and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
