Students enrolled in any diploma program at SAIT with a GPA of 2.00 or higher may apply. International students are eligible. Recipients must not be members of the SAITSA Executive Council.

Apply to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. The award honours Colleen MacDougall, who completed her MSc at UPEI in 2009 and served as Graduate Students' Association president.
