For a full-time undergraduate student at the University of Windsor based on academic merit (minimum cumulative average of 66%) and financial need. The applicant must be a child or grandchild of a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Zone A-1 or of the Ladies Auxiliary of Zone A-1 Royal Canadian Legion.

One award of $700 is available annually.
