About this scholarship
The Rensselaer Access Grant is a limited need-based grant for undergraduates who demonstrate extreme financial hardship as determined by the Rensselaer Office of Financial Aid through FAFSA and CSS Profile review. Students are considered automatically when they apply for need-based aid; no separate grant application exists. Award amounts may change if demonstrated need decreases significantly. Recipients may receive the grant for up to eight semesters of full-time study, or ten semesters for architecture students. There is no minimum GPA required for renewal each year provided financial need continues to be demonstrated.
