About this scholarship
Transfer pathway scholarship helping Colorado Mountain College students finish an associate degree and move to a partner four-year university with coaching and financial support. Scholars may receive up to $2,000 per term during their final year at CMC, plus up to $1,000 in emergency funds, transfer workshops, and navigator mentoring. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, maintain a 3.0 GPA, qualify for Pell through the FAFSA, have thirty or fewer credits remaining, plan full-time enrollment, and intend to transfer to a listed Reisher partner such as Colorado Mesa University. Apply during your first year at CMC and work with the Reisher Navigator through degree completion.
