About this scholarship

Students enrolled in an accredited U.S. HVACR or water heating technician program may apply year-round through AHRI for the Rees Scholarship Foundation HVACR and Water Heating Technician Program.

Awards are up to $2,000 per recipient, plus a free NATE Ready-to-Work exam. Funds are credited to the student's school account.

Submit an application, 500-word essay, two recommendations, and official transcripts. The Clifford H. Ted Rees, Jr. Scholarship Foundation supports recruitment and training of future HVACR technicians.
