Red Thread Foundation Scholarship

Women of international background, including foreign students, immigrants, or first-generation Americans, entering their first year of a U.S. undergraduate program may apply for the Red Thread Foundation Scholarship. Graduate students are ineligible; no GPA or U.S. residency requirement applies.

Awards of $1,000 are offered, with optional year-long mentorship. Complete the online application with short-answer questions, two essays, and an academic recommendation. Applications typically open each February.

Red Thread supports multicultural women starting their college education.
